How trainers earn
40% for teaching. 10% for the referral.
Earn 40% of each completed, paid client session you teach. When you originally refer a client, earn another 10% on their qualifying sessions for 12 months from their first paid session—even when another trainer teaches them.
Teach your own referral during that period and receive 50% in total. After the referral period ends, the teaching share remains 40%.
Percentages use the session amount collected after discounts and refunds, excluding taxes and tips. Original referrals are verified by PunchRack. Earnings are reviewed for weekly payouts.
We’re currently testing with free sessions. Free sessions generate no commission and do not start the referral period.
